External Plugins :

We have two categories of explicit plugins : plugins that are always distributed with the system (internal) and plugins that may not be distributed automatically (external), these plugins can also be programmed by anybody! Of course to smooth the system we had to program a few ourselves, and they are published just here and included within the main package. The main idea for external plugins on the top of having an independent environment for programmers, is efficiency because we can import and store only the plugins we need!
